Kingston appoints Pinnacle to run engagement services

KINGSTON Council has appointed Pinnacle PSG to run its resident engagement services from 1 May.

The company, which already provides engagement services for a number of councils and housing providers, was awarded the three-year contract following a bidding process.

The new partnership is expected to deliver better value for money and make all aspects of housing services more customer-focused, while giving residents a chance to shape the service.

Cllr Cathy Roberts, Kingston's portfolio holder for housing, said: "We are pleased to have awarded the contract to Pinnacle and will be working closely with them to improve the way we engage with our residents.

"We want residents to have a greater involvement in their local area and about issues that affect them, and the new partnership will help to achieve this."
